Dr. Machar is a Pan-Africanist with in-depth knowledge and expertise on the challenges of the African State, State-building and Nation-Building, development in Post-Conflict African States, Peace and Security, Africa’s electoral politics and Ethnic Conflicts & Development. Dr. Machar’s deep sense of history of Africa’s Political Affairs and development challenges and nation-building in post-colonial Africa have contributed to his vision of a dialogue on reconstructing Africa’s future development path. Dr. Machar has represented some Post-Conflicts African countries such as Angola, Sierra Leone in the American Model of the United Nations.
